GRIFFY Co., Ltd. has jointly developed an application called "SLEEVY" with Toyo Thermal Engineering Co., Ltd. to achieve labor-saving and improved accuracy in the inspection of tubular pipes (sleeves) embedded to secure penetration holes for equipment piping in construction work. The technology related to this application is currently under patent application (Application No.: 2026-004614). "SLEEVY" utilizes AR technology and a cloud system to dramatically enhance inspection accuracy and efficiency. The following benefits are expected from the introduction of "SLEEVY": ● Easier Inspections Measurement with measuring rods, checking drawings, and recording will be consolidated on a tablet, reducing physical strain and significantly shortening inspection time. ● Load Distribution By digitizing, part of the inspection can be outsourced to on-site workers, allowing for more flexible scheduling. ● Balancing Accuracy and Cost On-site representatives can focus on specialized tasks, achieving cost reduction.
